About Me

Hi, my name is Sayora.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been living and breathing yoga. 

Yoga has become my lifestyle and I’m passionate about sharing this wonderful tool for living a happy life full of abundance and joy with my fellow human beings. 

Teaching private and group sessions and seeing the positive changes that yoga and spirituality bring to my students lives makes my heart smile. My mission is to introduce this wonderful ancient tool with a modern approach, making it accessible to people around the world. 

I was born and grew up in Central Asia in a family where the art of healing has been passed on for generations. After graduating university, I got interested in the ancient Chinese art of feng shui. From there, I commenced on my spiritual path which eventually led me to becoming a certified yoga teacher and reiki master level 4 in Rishikesh, India – the world’s yoga capital.

For the next ten years I have been living and teaching yoga in different locations around the world going back and forth between Dubai, Istanbul and Central Asia. 

Today I am located in Sønderborg, Denmark. Here I teach private yoga and group yoga sessions as well as yoga workshops and online sessions. Furthermore, I work with energy codes of the divine feminine to rise the frequencies of the earth and all beings. I also create paintings based on sacred geometry that hold high energy frequencies and work with sound healing, meditation, dance and movement. 

I combine all these various elements of spirituality into my own personal yoga style which I call cosmic yoga. My aim is to help you to reconnect to your true, authentic self and expand your consciousness and connect to your true, divine inner power.
